This notice describes how personal data is processed on the website of Szigeti-Korán Számviteli és Adótanácsadó Kft. and when you contact the firm.
The website itself
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The fonts used for display are served from our own server, not from external providers (e.g. Google Fonts).
The hosting provider (Railway) processes the server logs (e.g. IP addresses) that are technically necessary to operate and secure the service.
In addition to sending it by email, the content of a message submitted through the form — name, email address, phone number and the message itself — is also written to the server log. Its sole purpose is to make sure an enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails, so that we can still reply to it. Only the firm has access to these log entries, and they are deleted once the hosting provider's log retention period expires.
Contacting us
If you contact us by phone, by e-mail or through the message form on this website, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact details, the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry.
Messages sent through the form reach us by e-mail; technical delivery is performed by our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
